Not true to size. Size is small and doesn't fits the sofa. Their exchange and refund policy is totally fake. I've ordered this sofa cover but it was not as shown in the picture, color was very fade and doesn't looks as shown in picture. I contacted them through their contact number given on their website for refund but they there would be no refund and can be exchanged. I ordered them two quilt sets and paid the differential amount, as they asked to pay the amount in advance. But they haven't delivered it yet as three weeks have passed. Now they are not responding and have even blocked my number so I could not contact them. They are deceiving people, as they have taken the amount in advance are have not delivered the product.
Not recommended at all, spread the word. They just lie when you ask them when the order would be delivered, they say in 3-4 days but it is never delivered. You can even see in the picture that they are not responding. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
