Complain status

Against complaint and continous followup for short delivery with full payment, another parcel was sent to me at my own expense, again it's different in design and colour. Don't know what to do.

I ordered 2 sets of 1+1=2seaters. Delivery was very fast within 2 days but got only one set in a price of 2. Details mentioned on shipper information bag for proof. Has been promised to recieve one set soon. Let's c when I ll recieve. Ll amend my review after receipt my already paid pending order.
